What currency are the prices shown in?

All prices on our site are shown in USD.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information is usually updated within 3–5 business days.
If you have not received tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us at support@vyellecare.com.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. For many orders, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, excluding holidays. Some items may take longer depending on supplier location and shipping conditions.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vyellecare.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vyellecare.com.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vyellecare.com. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
